In order to create a successful online brand, we need to answer a few questions, first. 

Who Are You?

If I were to describe your brand as a person, who would they be? Define your business specifically, and we can stay consistent with our online messaging. What do you promise your customer (value proposition)? I'll perform a Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis on your business, as well as your competitors'. In addition, we'll check that all of your branding (Font, Logo, Color, Story, and Character) are effective by using the principles of business psychology. With this information, we can create a winning brand.

Who is your customer?

Not everyone is your customer! In fact, the more we can specify about your customer, the better! You may have different customers bases that vary with your products,   services, and offers. I'll create consumer profiles that define demographics and build our target audience. This way all of the content we create is crafted with the customer in mind. 

Where do you connect online?

Understanding the online trends of your audience is my job! The different platforms, content types, and posting plans are dependent on your customer's habits. When, where, and how your target market is behaving online directs our strategy!

A Digital Audit

Before we can begin with our new strategy, we need to understand how your current channels are performing. I'll perform a digital audit on your online presence and make recommendations based off of what's working. I'll ensure you're in the right online space that allows you to connect with your customers - and puts your business in the position to share content that sells.
